What do you do when your travel plans fall through at the last minute? If you’re Jen from @diveintopoints, you pivot... and book an epic trip to Italy entirely on points. In our latest Wonderland on Points episode, we sat down with Jen to hear how she pulled off a 10-day dream trip across Rome, Florence, Amalfi, and Milan—with luxury flights, charming hotels, and unforgettable experiences along the way.

Jen kicked things off by snagging Emirates business class seats using points. From there, it was on to Italy, where she booked a series of stays across this stunning country using Hyatt points.

One of Jen’s favorite stops was Florence, where she explored the Sant’Ambrogio Market—a local gem known for its fresh produce, friendly vendors, and less touristy vibe compared to other markets. And when it came to dining, she raved about a meal at San Marco in Rome.
